Finding a bus connection, whether national or international, is very easy. Just enter the city of origin and destination along with the date you would like to travel. Too many buses available? How to customize your search results!
Just enter your departure city and desired destination, as well as the date you want to travel, and click on „Find Now!“. In a few seconds, you will receive information about all the intercity buses that make this route.
After clicking the „Find now!“ button, all available buses will be displayed under the search mask. Once you find a search result that best meets your need, you can click „View Deal“ to make your selection. You will then be automatically redirected to the bus company’s website where you can book your trip easily and conveniently online.
If you get a lot of results, you can sort them according to your own needs and preferences. Simply use the selection menu to the left side of the search results.
For example, you can sort buses results by price if you want to travel at the cheapest rates. If you want a ride with as few stops and detours as possible, it is advisable to sort the results according to the duration of the trip. This way you can see at a glance which bus will bring you to your destination the fastest.
Still having a hard time narrowing down your options? No problem! You can not only sort the search results, but also limit them as you like. If you have already decided on a certain provider, you can choose to only display trips from this company. If you really want to get off at a specific station, you can hide all other available bus stops with just a few clicks. Your individualized result list then only displays trips that really end at the station you’d like to travel to.
With the three sliders on the bottom left, you can additionally set a price range and narrow down the departure and arrival time. Is 3 o’clock in the afternoon already too late to start your journey? No problem! Select the corresponding option to 2 o’clock and you will only see long-distance buses that leave before 2 o’clock.

No bus available? Check other means of transportation!
If a bus is not available, CheckMyBus also displays offers for trains, carpooling and airlines. Simply select one of the small icons to the left of the search results. For instance, if you would like to take the train, just click on the slider next to the small train icon and your available train rides will be displayed.
If you activate all symbols, it is recommended to use the sort function again. This will allow you to see what the most cost-effective connection for you is.
Alternatively, the line above the search results gives you a quick overview of the most attractive offers of the different modes of transportation. So, you can see at a glance how to get the cheapest and fastest route from A to B on the selected travel day.
You can also book the offers from trains, carpools and the airlines from the comfort of your own home. Simply click on „View Deal“!
How Do I Buy Bus Tickets Online?

I am searching for info on a bus from Puerto Vallarta to La Penita de Jaltemba, 65 kilometers North of Puerto Vallarta. On the site checkmybus.com, I find info on buses at 6.41$, that seem to take from 15 to 30 minutes, which is impossible. I don’t understand the info …. can you help me?

We have investigated the issue you highlighted, and the reason is quite simple – these two cities are in two different time zones, so the travel time is shown in a different way. This is part of the data about the bus lines that we get from our partners, the bus providers, since we are a bus ticket comparison website, and not a bus provider. So, to get the exact travel time you need to add one hour to the shown time.

I was looking up buses from Hermosillo, Sonora to Pheonix, Arizona for Dec 29 and now suddenly it says that there is nothing within a 35 mile radius? Does this mean everything is absolutely booked up? I can’t see any of the dates and times for the whole week that were posted just yesterday when I last checked.

I am trying to find the bus schedule from Luton Airport to Gatwick North Airport on May 05-2018 and for some strange reason the search engine displays Baldock as a starting point instead of Luton…can you please fix this?

Baldock appears as the starting point instead because that is the next closest connection to Luton Airport and Gatwick. Alternatively, you can travel from Luton Airport to Heathrow Airport (Terminals 2 and 3) and then from Heathrow to Gatwick Airport. I need to travel from Philadelphia, PA to Montreal, Canada. I noticed that they are two buses, one that leaves at 4:35 am and arrived in Montreal at 6:05 pm (total travel time 13.5 hours) and one that leaved at 8:00 am and arrived at 8:00 pm (total travel time 12 hours). Do you know why the later bus is faster? Does the first one stop somewhere? How reliable are the arrival times?
